Pick a liquid eyeliner with a very thin brush and gently brush your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and going outward.At this point, follow the natural shape of your eyes. It’s counterproductive to change the shape of your eyes at this point as it makes them look smaller. The trick is to line as close to the lashes as possible.
Extend the lash line a bit further and upwards. If you are not comfortable with liquid liners, use a kajal pencil with a thin tip.
After figuring out where you want to start your wing, stretch it and join it to the middle of the eye. Fill in with liner.
